Dr. Sam Ramphal has been an ordained minister of the Assemblies of God from 1964 to the present time.

He received his ministerial training in the Guyana Assemblies of God Bible institute and proceeded and completed his postgraduate studies in the advance ministerial training institute of the Assemblies of God.

He has served as an Evangelist, Pastor, Pioneer Bible School teacher, Radio Speaker, Executive Presbyter and convention and Camp meeting speaker.

Since coming to New York City, he founded the Berean Bible institute of The New York District of the Assemblies of God of which he was president and is a teacher in that Bible institute. He also taught in Community Bible Institute in Brooklyn. He pioneer Faith Assembly of God Church a growing congregation of about four hundred attendance each week.

The New York District of the Assemblies of God elected Him as presbyter with 28 churches and host of ministers under his oversight. As evangelist preacher, Pastor and convention speaker, he traveled along with his wife and ministered in Canada, India, Africa, Barbados, Trinidad, St. Vincent, Bahamas, jamaica, Suriname, Haiti, Belize, England, Hawaii, Kansas City, Florida, Minneapolis, and other states in the union.

On May 17th, 2003 He had a great honor bestowed upon him at the commencement excises of the community Bible Institute Seminar with Apostle William Denson, Rev. Sam Ramphal had the "Doctor of Divinity Degree" conferred upon him.

Dr. Sam Ramphal is happily married to his wife (Pearly) and has four Children (Andrew, Selwyn, Carol & Ann).

One is in the ministry (Andrew), and the others serving the Lord. They have 11 Grand Children.

2007 was a special year for both of them as they celebrated their 50th Year in God's Ministry, and Dr. Ramphal celebrated his 70th Birthday.

Dr. & Sis. Ramphal continue to be involved in building the Kingdom of God.

Rev. Andrew Ramphal is the son of Dr. Sam Ramphal.

He became an ordained minister in the year 2000. He is the current Worship leader of Faith Assembly Of God, and the lead Guitarist. He directs the band with a perspective in mind that is to bring the Church in the presence of God and to feel his strong divine anointing in their lives during worship.

Also he is involve in the Youth Department as the Youth Pastor for more than a decade now, where many teenagers and young adults benefit from his teaching and his given opportunity to use their gifts in the body of Christ.

Rev. Andrew preached, and ministered through Music in several churches.

On May 2004, he was invited to Johnson City, NY for the 50th District Council of the Assemblies Of God, to minister in Praise & Worship.

Rev. Andrew Ramphal is married to Sis. Sharon and they have two wonderful kids (Julieann & Kellyann).
